RETURNS

 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Opened e liquid, vape juices are non-returnable under any circumstances due to this being liquid contents, for safety purposes.

Buyers pays return postage cost, unless pre authorised by Pure Eliquid if the item is deemed to be faulty on receiving. 

What Happens when the product is returned –

We offer, Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paypal account again. Then contact your Paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at pure-eliquid@hotmail.com
